How to Rent one of our properties:

1. Select the property you're interested in and schedule a showing with us.

2. Fill out an application once you have selected a property.

3. Once approved, you will be sent a lease agreement.

4. Return signed lease agreement and security deposit. 

5. Day of move in you will provide first months rent and receive your key.
